An HR (Human Resources) Internship is a structured training opportunity for students, fresh graduates, or career switchers to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources management. Interns assist the HR department in areas like recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations.

It helps interns understand how HR contributes to employee management, workplace culture, and organizational growth.
